Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Kineprompt application (the "Service") operated by us. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

2. User Content

You retain any and all of your rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). We claim no ownership rights over your User Content. You are solely responsible for the User Content that you upload, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. You grant us a temporary, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and reproduce your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Service.

3. Service Functionality

Our Service acts as an interface to simplify video editing using generative AI. By authenticating with your Google account, you grant us permission to use your provider access token. This token is used solely to make API calls to Google's Generative AI services on your behalf to process the video and prompt you provide. We do not use this access for any other purpose. Your relationship with Google's services is also governed by their respective terms and policies.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
